RASHIDI YEKINI'S MOTHER REVEALS HER SON SUFFERED MENTAL ILLNESS

Grieving mother of the late ex-Super Eagles striker Rashidi Yekini has revealed that the late footballer was indeed battling mental illness.

Speaking with Supersport, Alhaja Sikiratu Yekini disclosed that her son had been battling mental illness since the year 2010 and that several attempts made to take care of him proved abortive as the deceased on many occasions claimed he was mentally sound.



'We have been on the problem since 2010 and we tried our best but my son refused to be taken care of', Yekini said.

'When he came back, we asked him why he has done what he did but he replied by burning all his belongings. I lost my husband in 1978 and Rashidi has been with me since then', she added.



The late Yekini was buried according to Muslim rights in his hometown in Irra, Offa, Kwara State.



The burial ceremony was attended by his daughter Yemi Yekini Oyo State Commissioner of Sports, Dapo Lam Adesina, Mutiu Adepoju, Dimeji Lawal, Ajibade Babalade and a long list of other dignitaries.

Rimmel London Hard Rock

Bu ojeyi Chanel Graphite'in benzeri olabilir diye sürdüm ilk başta ama alakaları yok. Bir kere Hard Rock ondan daha koyu. Aslında benzeyip benzememesi çok önemli değil çünkü en favori ojelerimden biri ve size gösterebilmem için fırsat doğdu. Bilmem söylemiş miydim ama Rimmel'ın Sky High'ına bayıldığım için yedeklemiştim, bu ojeyi aldıktan sonra tekrar görebilseydim mutlaka aynı muameleyi yapardım! I picked up this nail polish yesterday while thinking this could be Chanel Graphite's dupe but Hard Rock is too dark to be a dupe. Actually that isn't important for me, Hard Rock is one of my favourite polishes and now I can show it to you. I wish I would buy one more of this but I have never seen it after I bought this one :( Harika bir sonbahar ve kış ojesi, bu renk bende tırnaklarıma gerçekten metal sürmüşüm hissi uyandırıyor, çok seviyoruum :) This is a great fall&winter colour, I feel like I applied liquid metal on my nails and love that feeling :)

Sonbahar ve kış artık yavaş yavaş geliyor, yarın da İstanbul'da yağmur yağacakmış hatta.
