ONE YEAR SIX MONTHS OLD BABY KICKED OFF A PLANE BACAUSE HER NAME APPEARS ON THE TERRORIST "NO FLY" LIST

These are the times we live in believe it or not.
Parents of 18 month old Riyanna were left incredulous and humiliated when they were kicked off a Jet Blue flight at Fort Lauderdale airport in Florida on their way home to New Jersey; because their daughter's name had popped up on a 'no fly' list.

They had just boarded the aircraft when an airline employee asked them to disembark saying a representative of the Transportation Security Agency wanted to speak with them. When the toddler's mother asked why they wanted to speak with her, the employee responded "Well, it's not you or your husband. Your daughter was flagged as no fly"

After being detained for over half an hour they were cleared to go back on board without any apologies but the parents were too upset to get back on the plane.

The parents who do not wish to be identified believe they were racially profiled because they are of middle eastern descent and Riyanna's mother wears a hijab.

Jet Blue has released a statement regarding the incident which reads in part:

"We are investigating this particular incident.
We believe this was a computer glitch. Our crew members followed the appropriate protocols, and we apologize to the family involved in this unfortunate circumstance".
The parents however are not buying the story of a 'computer glitch' and are currently speaking with their lawyers.

CHARLES TAYLOR RECIEVES SENTENCE FOR WAR CRIMES & CRIMES AGAINTS HUMANITY

Charles Taylor, 64, the first former head of state to be convicted of war crimes since World War II was sentenced to 50 years in prison yesterday by an international court in The Hague, Netherlands. Taylor is due to serve his sentence at a high security prison in Britain. There is no death penalty in international criminal law. The six years he spent detained during the trial will count against his term. Meanwhile, he is appealing his conviction. Dressed in a blue suit and yellow tie, Taylor sat impassively through the roughly 45minute sentencing. Hands clasped in front of his mouth and brow furrowed, Taylor shifted uneasily when the camera broadcasting proceedings settled on him. He directed his gaze downward while Presiding Judge Richard Lussick read the sentencing statement, which began with a horror cabinet of carnage committed in Sierra Leone by rebels from the Revolutionary United Front, which the former president backed. "The accused has been found responsible...
