MISS DEAF INTERNATIONAL VISITS NIGERIA

 the 23 year old current miss deaf international Cassandra Whyte on monday touched down at the muritala mohammed int. airport declaring the message we are all equal.



the beauty queen told reporters she was in nigeria to empower the disabled and the deaf and to point out that being deaf is not a disability, communicating in sign language translated by her interpreter Mr Ayodipo Beyioku-Alase.

she was received by the president deaf women association of nigeria Mrs Adedoyin Beyioku-Alase and the chief executive of the most beautiful deaf girl in nigeria pageant MBDGN Mrs Oko-Igaire Tolulope Abimbola, who told reporters that the most beautiful deaf girl in nigeria pageant will hold in nigeria for the first time this year, adding that miss cassandra whyte will be in nigeria for a week empowering the deaf and other disabled.
