KANU BAGS HONORARY MASTERS DEGREE IN ARTS FROM THE UNIVERSITY OF JOS

Well done and well deserved, that's how I feel about the decision by heads of the university of Jos to confer on Kanu Nwankwo an honorary masters degree in arts.

Kanu skipper of the Green Eagles will receive the degree today in appreciation for his service to the nation not only for what he did on the field of play but also for his many works of philanthropy.

You would recall that through his heart foundation, Kanu has been able to save the lives of many children who suffered with heart diseases, enabling them with heart transplant where necessary and a better chance in pursuing a brighter future.
