38 people have been confirmed dead and more injured from a recent bomb blast in kaduna state Nigeria on easter sunday.
spokesman for the Kaduna state Emergency Management Mr Abubakar Zakari Adamu confirms this report.
The blast which shook the city early Easter Sunday morning, happened near two churches, and authorities suspect that one of the churches, All Nations Christian Assembly Church, was the target. Witnesses stated that the car attempted to enter the church compound before it detonated.
Although no group has taken responsibility for the bomb blast, yet authorities believe that the radical islamic sect Boko Haram might have perpetuated the act.
