Okay so the real truth is she's not given birth yet, but hospital staffs at Roosevelt Hospital New-York has said a high profile patient would be checking in today, the high profile patient has already booked half of an entire floor for her delivery, now I wonder who'd be doing that if its not Jay-Z's wife.
According to Bey she already 9months now, but there has been no official announcement from her publicist whether or not she checked into a hospital today,so if its not Bey at Roosevelt just be sure that it'll be happening soon...
