BEN MURRAY BRUCE GETS POLITICAL APPOINTMENT

You may recall that back in Oct 2011, Ben Bruce resigned as Chairman of Silverbird group to pursue a governor-ship bid in his home state of bayelsa but was dropped for possesing dual citizenship.



Well now, much to my amazement, that dual citizenship has not denied him a political appointment in the same bayelsa state, where he would now serve as an honorary special adviser to the governor Seriake Dickson.



In a statement made available to pressmen, the Senior Special Assistant to the Governor on Media and Publicity, Mr Daniel Iworiso-Markson says Mr. Bruce, 54, is expected to perform in advisory capacity as a 'Special Adviser on Investment and Tourism, drawing on his wealth of experience in show business garnered over the years.



The move is intended to maximally boost Bayelsa state's tourism sector, harnessing the vast economic potentials of its aquatic environment.

I REGRET VOTING JONATHAN -- DON JAZZY

CHARLES TAYLOR RECIEVES SENTENCE FOR WAR CRIMES & CRIMES AGAINTS HUMANITY

Charles Taylor, 64, the first former head of state to be convicted of war crimes since World War II was sentenced to 50 years in prison yesterday by an international court in The Hague, Netherlands.
