HOW TO BE A GOOD LISTENER

From time to time I get some useful life tips by mail. I got this one that talks about improving communication and I thought to share it immediately.

To improve your communications skills you must first improve your listening skills. Effective listening is all about eye contact, because people listen with their eyes as well as with their ears. Also, learning to be silent in your mind and on your tongue are both important listening traits. Truly listening to another is showing that other person that you care and what they have to say is important.

D1 Dayo Adeneye was just recently released from an ikoyi hospital where he just had appendicitis operation, word out is that he is home and doing well, I hope he gets well soon.
