HEALTH CHECK: DO YOU STOP BREATHING WHEN YOU SLEEP?

I got this health newsletter through mail today, and thought it was worth sharing, its talks about a deadly sleep disorder called "sleep apnea"

Chronic Sleep Apnea:

Chronic Sleep Apnea is a condition in which one actually quits breathing for short episodes during sleep. The condition is easily diagnosed by doctors trained in sleep disorders, by simply going to a sleep clinic. Some signs and symptoms include; loud snoring with moments of complete silence; a "snorting" sound with abrupt wakening; feeling exhausted even after you have slept for several hours; lack of concentration; and even falling asleep during the day while driving or on the job. This condition can be life threatening and is treatable. For more information check with your family doctor.



hmm! I know a few people that sleep like this, what's worse ? I normally find myself sleeping while at work! Hope its not what they are saying.

D1 OUT OF HOSPITAL AFTER SUCCESSFUL SURGERY

D1 Dayo Adeneye was just recently released from an ikoyi hospital where he just had appendicitis operation, word out is that he is home and doing well, I hope he gets well soon.
