5000 PEOPLE FLEE MIDDLE BELT VILLAGES DUE TO COMMUNAL CLASHES

Nigerian civillian raises hands to soldiers

AP & Guardian - At least no fewer than 5000 people have abandoned their homes in villages within Benue and Nassarawa states after communal clashes left 5 people dead.

Now my Qtn is, where do 5,000 people go ?

I read from the papers that there are several refugee camps holding some people and i ask myself

Have Nigerians become refugees in their own country ?  why is there no government shelter for the displaced.

Is this truly the land of my dreams.
