Alex Fortaleza, a 47year old filipino was charged before a Family Court in Surulere, Lagos State Southwest Nigeria, for allegedly raping his 13-year old victim who happens to be the sister to his house cleaner. The girl's name withheld usually follows Alex's cleaner to his house where she was allegedly raped. The shocking story is that after the deed had been done, he pacified her by giving her dollars, which she accepted for her silence.
